I have introduced a veterinary consent form to enable the vets to communicate with me regarding the cats in my care, should the need arise. I will always contact owners prior to any contact with vets. I will send these out prior to all first bookings and ask that you either print it off, sign and bring with you or I can have a copy here ready for you to complete on arrival.
